Serves 2
- 150g Pasta
- 2 Slices Ham
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Butter
- 3-4 Mushrooms
- 25g Flour
- 1 Hard Boiled Egg
- 240ml Milk
- ½ tsp Basil
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
- Fry the onion the butter. Add flour and cook for 30 seconds
- Take it off the heat and add the milk and stir
- Add the mushrooms, ham and basil and cook for 1 minute
- Cut the hardboiled egg into ¼’s add to the mixture
- Drain the pasta and pour over the mixture
