  • 250g Rice
  • 1tsp Thyme
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Celery Sticks
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 175g Mushrooms
  • 2tsp Paprika
  • 400g Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 4 Tomatoes
  1. Cook the rice according to the packet instructions with the thyme
  2. Stir fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes
  3. Drain the rice and add to the frying pan and add the paprika
  4. Add the chicken and tomatoes and add to the pan
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes
