  • 300g Pasta Shells
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 400g Seafood Selection
  • 2tsp Lemon Juice
  • 200g Soft Cheese
  • 100ml Milk
  • 1tsp Thyme
  • 50g Peas
  1. Cook the pasta for 10-12 minutes
  2. Fry the spring onions gently until softened
  3. Stir in the seafood and lemon juice and cook over a low heat for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add the soft cheese, stirring until melted
  5. Stir in the milk, herbs, peas and season for 2 minutes
  6. Drain the pasta and add to the seafood mixture

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 100ml White Wine
  • 900ml Chicken Stock
  • 100g Peas
  • 300g Mixed Seafood
  1. Fry the bacon for 5 minutes
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and pepper and fry for 5 minutes
  3. Add the turmeric, paprika and rice. Cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add the wine and cook for 2 minutes
  5. Add the stock and simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Stir in the peas and simmer for 5 minutes
  7. Add the seafood for 2-3 minutes

  • ½ Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 200g Cooked Seafood Selection
  • 3tbsp Dry White Wine
  • 2tsp Parsley
  1. Fry chorizo for 2 minutes then add onion and garlic and cook for 6-8 minutes until soft
  2. Add seafood, season and fry for 2-3 minutes
  3. Pour in the wine and let bubble for a few minutes
  4. Remove from heat and add parsley

  • 800g Chopped Tomatoes
  • 125ml Dry White Wine
  • Juice of 1 Orange
  • 225ml Vegetable Stock
  • 400g Butter Beans
  • 400g Frozen Mixed Seafood
  1. Fry the onions and garlic for 6 minutes
  2. Stir in the pepper, courgette and paprika for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add the orange juice, tomatoes, wine and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes
  4. Stir in the butter beans and seafood and simmer for 3-4 minutes
