  • 145g (Pack) Pizza Dough Mix
  • 1 Onion
  • 175g Beef Mince
  • 150g Passata
  • 120g Wafer Thin Ham
  • 200g Chicken
  • 50g Pepperoni
  1. Make the pizza base according to pack instructions. Roll into a 13in circle. Leave to prove for 15 minutes
  2. Fry onion over a low heat for 5 minutes
  3. Add the mince, increase the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7 (220c)
  5. Spoon the passata over. Top first with ham, then chicken and pepperoni and lastly the beef and onion.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes

• 2-3 Mushrooms
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Slice Ham

1. Cook the rice
2. Add some of butter into a frying pan and add the beaten egg to make an omelette. Remove from the pan and cut into strips

  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 4tsp Parsley

  1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5 (190c). Bash the turkey steak until 5mm thick
  2. Mix together the soft cheese, garlic, parsley and season
  3. Spread a quarter of this mixture on a turkey steak and roll up the turkey steak.
  4. Wrap the turkey roll with a piece of parma ham
  5. Dip each turkey roll in the flour, then egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs
  6. Bake for 30 minutes

  4. Top each chicken breast with some basil then wrap in a slice of ham. Top with the cheese and sprinkle over the breadcrumbs

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Celery Sticks
  • 1 Carrot
  • ½ tsp Tarragon
  • 500ml Chicken Stock
  • 35g Bread (Torn Roughly)
  • 200g Soft Cheese
  • 200g Chicken (Shredded)
  • 100g Peas
  • 50g Ham
  1. Over a medium heat fry the onions, celery, carrot and tarragon for 10 minutes, covered
  2. Add the chicken stock and bring to the boil.
  3. Stir in the bread and soft cheese and whizz the soup until smooth
  4. Return to the saucepan and season. Add the chicken, peas and ham and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes

  1. Cut the chicken open in half and bash until 5mm thick
  2. Place a slice of ham and cheese on the open chicken breast. Fold over and season.

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions
  2. Fry the onion the butter. Add flour and cook for 30 seconds
  3. Take it off the heat and add the milk and stir
  4. Add the mushrooms, ham and basil and cook for 1 minute
  5. Cut the hardboiled egg into ¼’s add to the mixture
  6. Drain the pasta and pour over the mixture

  • 1tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 100ml Milk
  • 50g Ham
  • 1tsp Thyme
  • Handful Spinach
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the packet instructions
  2. Put the cheese and mustard in a bowl and gradually add the milk
  3. Drain the gnocchi and tip back into the pan. Place it over a low heat and ass the milk mixture, ham and thyme.
  4. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the spinach and serves immediately

  • 4 Thick Leeks
  • 2tsp Cornflour
  • 300ml Milk
  • 2tsp Parsley
  • 1tsp Spread
  • 100g Ham
  • 2tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tomato
  1. Trim the leeks to give you lengths of 17cm
  2. Blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain them well and pat dry
  4. Blend the cornflour with 2tbsp of milk to form a paste
  5. Put rest of milk in a saucepan and bring it to the boil. Remove the milk from the heat and stir in the cornflour
  6. Return the pan to the heat and simmer for 1 minute
  7. Stir in the parsley, spread and season into the sauce
  8. Preheat the oven to gas mark 6 (200c)
  9. Wrap each leek in a slice of ham. Place in a shallow dish. Pour over sauce.
  10. Mix the cheese with the chopped tomato and scatter over the top. Bake for 15 minutes

  • 50g Smoked Ham
  • 1 tsp Chives
  • 50g Breadcrumbs

  2. Sandwich the chicken between clingfilm and bash until about 3cm
  3. Mix the soft cheese, ham and chives and divide between the chicken breasts.
  4. Fold each piece in half pressing down to seal
  5. Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley
  6. Place the flour and egg in separate dishes
  7. Dip each chicken breast into the flour then then egg and then breadcrumbs
  8. Mist with cooking spray and bake for 20-25 minutes
